Iza nas je još jedna ceremonija dodele nagrada za najbolje video igre. Na The Game Awards 2016 su uz par kontraverzi istaknuti najbolji naslovi ove godine. Organizator i voditelj programa, Džef Kili je napravio dobar šou. Veliko poštovanje je ukazano legendi industrije video igara, Hideo Kojima -i, kome je dodeljena posebna nagrada.
